Cathy Ballard
Cathy Ballard is a transformation coach, speaker, co-creator of ‘Discovery’ consciousness centre in New Zealand, creator of The Aphrodite Club - transformation workshops for women, facilitator and creator of programs on authentic branding, purpose-aligned business, and personal and spiritual development.
For over 22 years Cathy has been following her inner guidance around the world, studying and teaching spirituality, consciousness and how to live an unlimited life.
Through her own unique ‘Flow Alignment’ method, Cathy helps clients find clarity about their true path and clear blocks to abundance, creating rapid, permanent transformation.
She now works with inspiring people who have an inner calling to live bigger lives, make a difference and lead change, whether that’s through their business, the company they work for, their community or their families.
Based just outside London, she works with clients in person and online globally through group programs, 1-2-1 mentoring and private sessions. She helps them go from feeling stuck, unclear and out of flow, to living an Unlimited, joyful and authentic life.

Dr Dickson Aleroh
Dr Dickson Aleroh is an international award-winning transformational speaker, author, motivational blogger (drdicksonaleroh.blogspot.com), an astute businessman, cooperate, personal and business-success coach, and an award-winning chemical scientist with speciality in the solar industry.
In 2012, at 26 years of age, he graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy from the prestigious Imperial College London and Queen Mary College, University of London.
He also holds two Master degrees in chemistry (Kingston University London, UK), and Electrochemistry (University of Southampton, UK).
In 2007, he was bestowed with the Downland prize by the Royal society of Chemistry for best chemistry project in London local section. Although, he has worked professionally for Polyfect solutions limited/AkzoNobel UK, his passion lies in empowerment and business pursuits. I
n 2010, he started Transfor.me UK, an online platform focused on empowering people and organizations. Other businesses previously owned/part-owned by him, includes, the solar company, Solarnetiqs UK Ltd, and Luxra Nigeria Limited.
Dr Dickson Aleroh has published his own motivational book, titled, 'Step Up and Stand Out,' presents on his very own motivational Youtube channel (Success Factory TV), and organises self-development and empowerment seminars all over London without charge. In recognition of his work, he was awarded the 'Leadership Minds Ambassador (LMA), for best international motivational speaker.
Today, he is the founder of the 'DicksonAlerohFoundation,' and Riccofortezza Nigeria Limited (www.riccofortezza.com.ng).
